Vacancy - Subject Leader of Art

We are looking to appoint a Subject Leader of Art
Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (0.8FTE) - September 2025
MPS/UPS Plus TLR 2a (£3,391)
One of the highest achieving schools in Lincolnshire at both GCSE and A Level, we are a friendly and outstanding (Ofsted November 2024) girls’ grammar school and part of the Robert Carre Trust and mixed Sleaford Joint Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning in Fine Art and Digital Art
- Have excellent subject knowledge ideally
- Be able to inspire and support colleagues and students up to A Level standard
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships
- Be enthusiastic, a team player, self-motivated and committed to further professional development
