The school uses Bromcom My Child At School (MCAS) to communicate with parents/carers.

Parents/carers will also find MCAS allows quick and easy communication with the school via instant messaging.
By logging in to MCAS you will also be able to complete paperless consent forms and have the ability to update student’s personal details. When you access MCAS for the first time please navigate to the consent forms and update the information in this essential area. We also ask that you check through the data collection form to ensure the details we hold for you and your child are correct.
The school will also use MCAS to send out vital information such as school closure announcements, examination timetables and trip letters – so watch out for notifications.
MCAS is available as a web portal and an app that can be installed on any iOS or Android device.
Parents Evenings (SchoolCloud)
The school uses SchoolCloud to deliver Year 7-13 Parents’ Evening appointments virtually.
This is an easy-to-use online appointment booking system which allows you to choose your own appointment times with your child’s subject teachers and then meet easily and remotely by video call. There is nothing to download or install – all calls are made directly from your web browser.

When you receive an invitation to book appointments from the school and a parent evening event is live, you can book appointments here . You will need to use your child’s legal name to access SchoolCloud.
